The gym is small & poorly stocked considering the amount of members. Its also very very busy, busier than any of the gyms I've tried in Cambridge. I always have to switch my routine, work in with people, or get in a queue, something I really didn't expect when paying ~£230 per month for the pleasure. Grips are old or missing, accessories are minimal (one foam roller for the whole gym??) and weight labelling on the machines is poorly done and inconsistent, I never know how much weight I'm actually pulling! Multiplying this issue, there are no staff on the gym floor available to ask quick questions to. There are PTs, but they only ever appear for private sessions, and are never just available for quick questions, something I would expect from a premium service like this. Courts and classes are fine. There is only one small indoor swimming pool and one small outdoor pool. The indoor one is usually also very busy, with a lot of children, especially during peak times. Spa is very nice (although there are persistent issues with stuff breaking all the time - looking at you plunge pool). Although similar to the others it is farrr too busy, leading to a paradoxically stressful experience considering how nice the facilities are themselves. Overall very disappointed. #1 issue to fix is getting more equipment / a bigger gym. It is frankly shocking how small it is considering the cost and the amount of members, really isn't good enough. One example is only having one foam roller for the whole gym, who's idea was that??

I’ve been a member for four years, and I am thinking about leaving in 2026 because the overall quality of the facilities has consistently declined. The bathrooms have visible mold, the changing rooms are outdated, the kids’ play area is …
