The room we had was fine, but certainly not the four stars that we saw here when we booked the room. Our room was a studio with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The rugs in the main room were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and there was black mold in the shower. The kitchenette was fine though the trashcan was broken. It was stocked with plates and utensils, and even had a little espresso machine. Our room was below ground, and it seems like the spare keys for other guests were outside our door, so there were constantly people walking outside our door, which was unsettling. Also, checking in was terrible; we had to wait on the phone for a half hour on the day we were checking in to schedule a time for the person to let us in. They also sent us a contract to sign less than three hours before we were supposed to check in that had a bunch of extra fees we'd never heard of. Overall, the room was decent and fine for someone younger who just needs a place to stay. However, management does not take care of the room and is horrible to deal with.

AVOID Extremely horrible experience. First at all I booked last minute but before booking I ask if they had ability for the two nights I wanted, they said yes when we turn up we had to wait outside in the cold for one hour to receive a text with checking instructions. Then it turn up they didn’t had ability for both days only one night. So we said ok that’s fine please cancelled the booking. They refused to cancelled and give us the money back. When we enter the room, there were not towels provided, no heating and the mattress soo old with the springs out and the toilet was dirty full of mold. At the end we decided to leave. We cancelled the booking but we never got any money back. Extremely bad customer service.
