Very pleased with our 1 night stay. Fairly basic but excellent sized twin room with our own ensuite shower room and important to me clean. Tea and coffee . Microwave. Towels. Beds were so comfortable. Excellent location for everything we needed - 5 minster Railway station. 10 minutes to town centre. 10 minutes to football stadium. Parking on site. Many thanks

Very basic guest house accommodation, the rooms can be on suite or shared bathrooms, pay extra for the on suite. The rooms are small, very dated, in need of modinisation, cupboard didn't have doors to save on space, only had 1 toilet roll in the room on arrival, no shower/ shampoo given, the shower cubicle was small, the fixed shower head gave out some water, everywhere. The double bed I asked for was two singles pushed together. There is a fridge available in a communal lounge area, and a dinning area, which looked to be used as a play room, not surprisingly they do allow you to bring in your own food. Yes it has parking next to the property, yes it is 5 minutes from the train station, yes it is 20 minutes to the town center, but would I stay there again, no.
