Bourne Bridge Service Station

Went to get diesel I went to end pump no 6 as cars behind me. to find a lady jetting washing.not a problem only i could not reverse out as there was other cars coming in an waiting at the other pumps . i could not go forward as exit was blocked with a lump of wood.i explained I didn't have problem the pump was closed but said it would be a good idea if they made cones visible. Before I actually got to the pump.the lady was extremely rude saying it was my problem not hers.an she wasn't prepared to move aside so i could exit.i kept explaining i needed to go that way to exit an I became very corned an anxious.when all they had to do was move there stuff out of way to let me out.been using this garage for a while but the cheaper diesel comes with bad service I won't be back..since found out they should not of even been jet washing fuel spillage an letting flow down the drains . ..

AVOID! Dodgy owner. I filled up & paid. Later I realised I must have been overcharged (ie. the wrong pump) as the amount was SIGNIFICANTLY more than my 65ltr tank capacity and I was nowhere near empty anyway. I simply contacted the manager/owner to politely ask for the CCTV footage to be checked & establish if I'd been correctly charged for the pump I used. He immediately became aggressive & defensive - then hung up on me & blocked my calls as I couldn't get through. Highly unprofessional! I'm not going to lose sleep over £30 overcharging to some dirty little rude man - but they've been reported & we will just avoid them in future. Real shame, as I've never had this in 30 years driving and this used to be a good little service station, plus the washed employee that served me was really nice. AVOID them too is my advice...
