I have been using Anytime Fitness Colchester East for over a year. I am terrified of gyms and working out in the presence of others. I have lost over 11 stone but still feel a little self conscious despite the best efforts of Robin (The Manager and Personal Trainer). This gym is perfect as it has quiet periods and. busier Ines allowing you to find your personal training zone. I have found other members friendly and supportive without being intrusive or show offs either. The private changing rooms set it apart from other low cost 24 hour gyms in the area. Robin has recently taken over as Manager and he is passionate about health and fitness and has great ideas to move forward and help members achieve their goals. It's well worth a look and visit and they have trial passes too. Take that first step into this gym and look forward to a healthier, fitter you. I have and it works.

East Colchester Anytime: Chris (Cris? - who cares) Christian Gormley, that guy and Dean, top level blokes, honestly. Really welcoming, very professional and knowledgeable. Best environment, chilled out. I really can't rate this branch high enough. Shower rooms are always spot on as well, machines always in excellent working condition. Quality place with quality staff.
