Honestly 1 of the worst service centre i have ever visited, staffs are very rude, Not sure it was me as I am Asian or with everyone. Only Starbucks ,Gregg's and londis. Greggs hot food was cold ( bought veggies bake which was cold and staff said he cannot do anything about it. Londis staff was so rude and charged me 2.20 only for hot water, as I bought cup noddles from them. Its not busy service

Disgusting toliets - broken toliet seats, sanitary towels on the floor, clearly not cleaned. Went to speak to the member of staff on the till (really just to see if there was another toliet). I was very polite, explained I had two young children who needed the toliet and the toliets were not hygienic. She was incredibly rude, “what do you want me to do about it?!” I left with two very upset young children. Appalling customer service - never experienced anything like it.
