Ufit was a wonderful experience. I feel the really listen to your needs and cater to all forms of fitness. Be it diet, exercise, recovery were all areas they payed close attention to. When you step into a class, the energy is always positive and each exercise can be modified to your level of difficulty. The coaches boost your confidence and make the whole experience very smooth. The whole aura of the studio is very welcoming. Their machinery is top class, be it the dumbbells or Pilates equipment or the Dyson in the changing rooms or the mirrors all over, you feel like you are being looked after well. I cannot recommend Ufit enough for anyone who wants to focus on improving their life in a wholistic way. The stand outs on top of all of these would be the Mat Pilates and the sound bath sessions, all make you feel so relaxed. They also make catered take home protein smoothies
