Terrible value and even worse customer service Staff are consistently rude — not “busy,” not “having a bad day,” just blatantly disrespectful. You can’t even fill your water bottle at reception without being spoken to like you’re an inconvenience. For £50 a month, there are no showers, no steam room, no sauna, nothing that justifies the price. The facilities feel extremely basic compared to what other gyms offer for the same cost or cheaper. If you care about customer service, basic respect, or actual value for money, look elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it.
