The Gym Group Leicester Highcross

The gym is always in a devastating state I don't understand how the staff there can allow this to happen? I notice 2/3 personal trainers just stand around and laugh also mocking other gym members when they should be constantly cleaning the gym if not whilst they are free, There job is to make sure the gym is clean and hygiene is as expected. I was previously highly ill twice at this gym due to lack of hygiene. I am sick all of this now and I want head office at The gym Group to take a look into this and question personal trainers behavior why the gym is left in such a state and there behavior? How to get expect us to use such facilities like this terrible. Also they need to play productive gym music is aligns with members working out. I have attached the photos from the male changing rooms as you can see.

The gym is fully equipped but some equipment is old and rusty. The washrooms aren’t very clean and there’s no sanitiser available on the gym machines or on the top floor. Half the lockers are broken and you don’t want to leave your belongings unsecured. The staff is friendly and you rarely see any misbehaviour. It’s usually unstaffed but the service is great for the price.
