0/10 – Extremely Disappointing Experience We paid £150 just for entrance for 3 nights, simply to be able to access the bar and restaurant, which makes absolutely no sense. I have never understood why guests should have to pay just to enter facilities like these. The food and drinks are extremely overpriced — over £6 for a pint of beer and more than £7 for a small portion of dirty fries. The rooms were very dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. There were bugs in the room, and we couldn’t sleep properly because of this. The website states that towels are included, but there were no towels provided at all. On the last night the gas ran out, so there was no heating, and my children were freezing. We stayed 5 nights, yet we never managed to use the swimming pool even once because it was always fully booked — despite the fact that we had paid for access. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never return.

It's an amazing place especially if you book with a lake view and a hot tub, life doesn't get any better. Great entertainment for kids and adults. Drinks are a little pricey, and book early before you visit for activities such as swimming as always fully booked and can be quite disappointing fir the children.
