SNG (Sovereign Network Group) Key worker accommodation

Good spot overall. I'm happy with it. Not many doctors stick around for more than 6 months. The rent covers everything including the utility, council tax and 40mbps internet. Setting up direct debit is a breeze. Security is solid, but watch those keys to avoid lockouts. During the day, no issues, but after hours, it can get pricey to regain access unless you have a flatmate connection. The washing machine is fantastic. They have a dryer too. All included. It's a quiet place with plenty of parking for cars and bikes. There's also a bicycle shed. Plus, it's close to LRI and the gym. I've shared first 3 pics of single room, all to yourself. And next 4 pics of double room which can be used for family with your own spacious kitchen. Then finally the rest of the pics are the single room in a shared 4-bed flat. The study table there is a 55cm table. The kitchen is shared, I got a welcome kit when I moved in. The washing machine and dryers are on the ground floor and you need to time it well to find an empty machine to use. Weekends are the worst for this.

Room: was very clean and well maintained and I got a welcoming package with 2 towels, toilet paper, a nice pen, and a couple of coffee/tea bags; efficient soundproofing; very useful and handy sink in room; enough storage (especially if you are staying any where around 1-3 months) Kitchen: everything worked well and there was a fan oven; very clean; the fridge was TOO small for a 4-bed appartement; OKAY-ish amount of utensils but wok was rusty/not useable and some essential utensils were missing such as a can opener, for example. Bathroom & toilets: very clean but had a tiny amount of mould; water pressure was about right. Laundry service: free and available on site 24/7. Washers and Dryers are big and you can do a few weeks laundry in one go. Reception services: amazing! I was let in hours before the usual check-in time; got my packages signed for and kept safe; very friendly and helpful staff. A cleaning lady came on a weekly basis to clean common areas/bleach the toilets and leave some garbage bags (one week nothing was cleaned for some reason). Overall: a very convenient place to stay short term if you are starting work at LRI or visiting for another reason. I would recommend.
