We originally booked to stay in a different guest house ended up here as there was a leak. Rooms are good size, shower was good. Beds were a bit soft. Great location as it's on the edge of Leicester city.

Worst place ever! My room didn’t have hot water and they never gave me a proper solution, they sent me to another room that wasn’t even in the same building only in the morning after I tried to call them more than 10 times, sent an email etc and the other room also didn’t have proper hot water. Then they want to give me 100gbp discount for a next time when I ask for my money back. Useless place and useless people managing it.
