Roadchef Strensham M5 Northbound

Visited today, I have been a few times to stop for a shower whilst on my 45 min break / daily rest. Waited 20 minutes to use the only female shower as it was in use. To my disbelief a man came out, I did ask him what he was doing in the only female shower when there were several male showers, he said a showers a shower & 'genders don't matter anymore'. This is disgusting, not only is there one shower for women, but its so easily accessible for anyone. Shower floods and the sink and toilet were an absolute state. Shower doesnt last long so you have to keep pressing it. I'm not going to lie it is probably one of the better showers ive been too however it's still not great. There is plenty of room to park & I like the variety of food outlets. However this experience is bad enough for me to complain about it. Around 1500hrs 17/7/25 I went to shower.
