Love this gym! My go-to training spot when I’m over from Colorado visiting family in Derby. Usually spend 1-2 hours there daily. I have family and friends who are members and they also love it. It’s always tidy, clean, and bright, and all the equipment is in great shape and well looked after. Also, the showers are nice.

This is my local gym, over the Christmas period getting in and parking has been a nightmare due to the insane parking system, not a fault of the gym, but a part of the experience for most users as it's not really easy to walk to. It's always busy, the least I ever see is 30ish people but it's up to 150 plus at peak times. It is a big gym, but you'll still queue for equipment. The male changing rooms and toilets are often gross and smell bad, I've never seen them totally clean in the months I've been going. The pros are, lots of equipment (but still not enough at peak times), in theory a good location, when parking isn't being used by Christmas shoppers, and a wide range of gym users. There are a few not so friendly groups of teenage and young adult boys/men but most people just mind their own business and work out.
