P&S Rooms

I can see from pictures and previous reviews that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) have been done up since a lot of the lower scores. It was clean and the bed was very comfy. The TV in my room wasn't working but I slept soundly and made use of the shower facilities which were also clean though not en-suite. If you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful in the middle of Lincoln you can't go far wrong here.

Absolutely disgusting it's on the side of a chicken shop witch meant the whole place stunk of fried chicken you open the front door to be inside a alleyway the rooms are filthy the door was insecure the garden area was a typical town house set up with fag buts everywhere bins right next to our room with mice jumping in and out the bins going to next door rang the lady who pretended that the signal was going refused to refund we left and paid the price for a nice hotel the bed was absolutely grim soon as u sat on it bum hits the bottom of the bed stains all over the room no shower and shaird toilet
