From the very first lesson, I was so impressed with the teachers. They were warm, approachable, and made my daughter feel comfortable straight away. The lessons were well-structured but still fun, and the teacher had such a great way of keeping the kids engaged and excited to learn. My daughter made amazing progress, both in her swimming skills and in her confidence in the water. She looked forward to every session, which says a lot about how enjoyable the experience was for her. It’s not easy to find lessons that are this well-run and still so much fun. The whole experience has been so positive for my daughter — she’s grown more confident, had a great time, and genuinely looked forward to every session. I’m really grateful to the team for creating such a friendly, supportive environment, and I’d happily recommend them to any parent looking for a place their child can enjoy learning to swim.

Stage 1/2 .. The teachers don’t even acknowledge the kids while they’re swimming. & spend the majority of the time chatting to each other. I put my son in stage 2 and they kept in him stage 1 for 5 weeks despites me ringing every week, no communication, no compensation. Had to make a complaint because of the rudeness of the teaching assistant to my 5 year old child. Nothing changed so I haven’t renewed.
