GOOD POINTS: Great little gym, hardly any waiting around for equipment, and most machines are generally available. Plenty of both HIT and free weight machines available. We seen to have a high turnover of staff, though they are always around when you need them BAD POINT; Needs cleaning, place is a tip! Paper rolls are always empty, and never get refilled. New comers don't seem to know how to work machines, and then never wipe down afterwards!! Oh.... and the changing room, just gets overtaken by the badminton players which come in and dump all their bags and belongings on the few benches we have and then leave them there for half an hour why are they going to the sauna! So nobody can use the benches and get changed! But apart from fighting for a space in which you can get changed after your session, this is a very very quiet gym, with pleasant staff and members. There are always loads of free parking right outside the gym.

It's a good gym but membership fee is now not particularly good value compared to elsewhere, no pool and the changing rooms are very small
