On this particular day the woman on reception was not the greatest of help - asking me to leave my 9 yr old to use the men’s changing area alone - how can this be safe? I explained he is Autistic and needs my support - it was pondered over by the staff and it was decided we were disabled enough to use their disabled changing room 🙄. Communication with this person was arduous and painful with a condescending undertone. The chlorine in the pool was so strong it made my skin and eyes sore and both my children complained of the stinging pain from the water. We won’t be returning. Maybe staff training is required and some checking of chlorine levels?

You know what, its actually alright. Not that big but also not one of those pools that a massive amount of people go to. Good place for kids to learn swimming and if you’re a student then sometimes you do PE lessons there as well
