We booked Room 123 for 3 nights for 3 adults. Great location, sea peeps between apartment buildings on both sides. Main highway behind and with no double glazing we found the road noise intrusive. Nice and clean. No lift or lighting on wooden staircase. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Lots of restaurants nearby and Coles. Property Managers do well preparing and presenting the property but couches and duvets need replacing.

Two star, it get the third because of its proximity to the beach. The room is dated (70s) with a small AC that works hard to keep the temp down. No AC in either of the bedrooms. Small fan supplied to coax the cool air to the bedrooms. The single bedroom is actually the entry hall. It has the basics and is priced that way. The facilities are good. Great pool, loads of shade, nice BBQs. Parking is private but tight and not secure. No Internet, older TV only terrestrial channels. Great water pressure. The hot water is a bit fiddly and super hot! All in all sleeping is ok but basic accommodation only.
