Ended up calling in the afternoon and thankfully got an unpowered site. The owner is so lovely! The unpowered site was at the back where there is a decent sized lawn that you can walk your dog on lead. Bathrooms are great, clean with decorative shower curtains to spruce it up.

To be honest, they should warn before hand as there is not camp kitchen, fires are not allowed. How are we supposed to cook a breakfast? The price is comparable or even higher compared to other campsites. E.g. we stayed at a Discovery park site, with a lot more facilities for less price. Grass sites were good though, big sized, decent.
