We stayed at the powered camp sites. What an amazing site! Located in between the beach and estuary. Very friendly service! The toilet/shower rooms are absolutely sparkling clean. Probably the best toilet we have ever been compare to other caravan park. Kitchen is huge and full with cooking wares. Sad to hear the caravan site is closing and turning into retirement stay. How we wish this caravan site to continue the business!

Our group of 19 (12 adults, 5 children, and 2 dogs) had a truly enjoyable 3-night stay over the recent long weekend. The caravan park offers a variety of accommodation options, including camping sites and a mix of older and new modern chalets. Also available for residents to use are communal bathrooms and showers, and a large kitchen and dining area with appliances, cookware, and cutlery. There is swimming pool as well. We stayed in a superior 4-bed chalet, which was quite new and beautifully furnished. The bedding was high quality, the sofa and TV comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped with high quality modern appliances. The bathroom was spotless and of excellent standard. Definitely 5-star quality! We also appreciated having an undercover parking spot right at our chalet’s entrance. The location is ideal — about 20 minutes drive from Mandurah, an hour from Perth, and around 2 hours from Margaret River. It’s also conveniently close to local amenities: a 2-minute walk to an IGA, Celebrations liquor store, Thai restaurant, and a medical centre, with Coles less than a kilometre away. The beautiful Dawesville foreshore is a leisurely 7 minutes walk. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with friendly and welcoming staff. The overall vibe from both reception and residents was warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be returning!
