The most delightful wellness space I am so grateful to have found. The Wellness Cottesloe feels like paradise the moment you open the front door. You are firstly greeted by aromatherapy and tranquil plants which for me is pure bliss. The reformers are programme operated with so many programmes at various levels on offer. Upstairs the infra red saunas and dry sauna plus cold showers are simply beautifully presented . Modern sophistication is the vibe l feel. The atmosphere of tranquility is a credit to Lily who by the way always greets me with a lovely smile every day and whereby any request l have is never too much trouble . Thank you 🙏🌸🙏 I just simply love my new energy gaining space .

The reviews are absolutely true – owner Lily has crafted an absolute sanctuary of wellness. The pilates studio/hybrid room is welcoming space that features top-of-the-line reformers with on-demand classes and cardio machines. The infrared saunas are perfect after a workout or long day – I play podcasts over the Bluetooth and just enjoy the benefits of the heat. The dry sauna and ice shower contrast therapy is a refreshing experience. Memberships are unbelievable value for the facilities, customer service and range of timeslots to suit your busy schedule.
