The Melt Haus

Excellent, clean facilities at an affordable price. Ice bath and sauna are set at perfect temperatures. I felt amazing for the rest of the day. Will be back

I surprised my partner with a 60-minute sauna and ice bath at Melt, and it was awesome! Tamasin had everything ready for us - the sauna was pre-heated, the ice bath was icy, and Tamasin offered breathing support if we wanted. Tamasin is knowledgable about health and wellness and is so lovely to be around. The optional add-ons are great and made us feel really cared for. The fresh towels were a welcome touch and meant we could rinse and freshen up afterwards, ready to go on with our day. The environment is quiet, clean, and private. It fits two people perfectly. We love that Melt is local to us in Applecross and hope we can come back soon! I can highly recommend booking in. 😁
