What an awesome session and none i ever before have experienced! Far from your traditional workouts, having tried ‘SpeedFit’ seems like the way to go - when you are constantly ‘on-the-go’! A Full workout within 20-30mins!? It Sounds Cliche, but I highly recommend giving it a ‘go’ for yourselves! Mr.G (the Owner) is SUPER friendly, informative and helpful, he is a wealth of knowledge and has made our experience and the environment fun and comfortable, it was super easy for us to download the process. Everything is supplied from the towels, body suit, undergarments, hydra-lite (pre work out), showers and lockers are available, a small area for your young children to hang out while you work out, and or a sitting area with a comfy sofa, a shower is also on site with change rooms. Studio is clean, light filled and airy. My Husband and i enjoyed our trial session today that we have decided to commit to it for the next few months, as a minimum! We Highly recommend this venue and the experience, Thanks G, we look forward to our next sesh!! 👊🏽
