Stayed in Rm 309 and if it wasn’t for the views from the balcony we would’ve gone elsewhere. The room is very dated and dirty. Tile flooring was cracked and chipped throughout. Grout missing from corners. Ensuite shower didn’t work. Aircon needed repairing and hadn’t been cleaned for years as filter was thick with dust. Some very average painting has been done trying to cover things up. Entry door looks like someone has tried breaking in. Over all was terrible.

Location, location, location. Amazing building in a great spot on the Scarborough beach front. Transport links to the city and locally could do with a rethink, it seems to take an un-reasonable length of time to get into the city. Local beach front upgrades are taking longer than planning had suggested however they are starting to come together and look fairly impressive. Building facilities are sufficient with a small but clean private swimming pool and basic spa facilities.
