Pier 21 Apartment Hotel

We recently stayed at Pier 21 Apartments for a two night stay in Freo as a family of four. The apartments are located right on the water and are clean well laid out and modern, not tired at all like some apartments. The service was excellent and friendly. The amenities were clean and well serviced. I used the gym, spa and pool as well as the table tennis table. We had breakfast one morning in the cafe and the service, portion sizes and quality were excellent. Well done would stay again in a heartbeat.

Whilst looking (and still looking) for a new home/rental, my partner and I had an extended stay with the Pier21 crew and we have nothing but praise for them all. Tenesia deserves a personal mention due to her outstanding customer service attitude. Nothing was too much for Tenesia and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was easy and comfortable. We had to move rooms a couple of times and Tenesia organised Nigel (maintenance gentleman) to help move our belongings. The new rooms were ready for us to easily move into without having to wait and a big thank you to Nigel who kindly moved everything for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fast wifi, gym, undercover, gated, free parking, pool and sun beds, visitor washing machines and dryers. The views of the river on your doorstep, with boats, jet skis, birds, ducks, people walking and much more whilst sitting or laying back on your own private balcony. Such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that we highly recommend especially as we’ve stayed at quite a few places in the last 6 months. Pier21 is definitely our Number 1 favourite. Our thanks to the 21.crew for their continued kindness and understanding during a challenging time. You’re simply the best!
