Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Great views and located close to beach. Pool was nice but at the time we stayed the spa was not working. Free washing and drying facilities were appreciated. Comfy for our stay. Staff were super friendly

Last Friday, one of my 4 bookings went and spoke to Ali. Jonathan explained that he was part of our booking and was changing rooms and the 4th booking was not required. When I was the last to book in. No one mentioned there was still a room available. As Jonathan had taken care of it I didn't ask. So for your staff to stick to the line that they were not aware he was part of our group is wrong. Ask Ali! He told her the room was not required. She never took it up with me. I only found out 3 days later? If you were so desperate to sell the room. Why not call me and ask why? Probably because Ali knew it wasn't required and was told the company needs extra profits? Who knows, however I will be expecting a full refund and apologise. Hope they spend my money on a much needed renovation and Staff customers service training.
