Stayed over the weekend on a grass site with a pop up camper. The site was lovely and spacious and the grass was beautiful, lush and green, coming out of winter (early November). We overlooked the playground, which was clean and fenced, perfect for our 5 year old. The toilet block was clean and reasonably modern, with a touch pad lock. The camp kitchen was amazing, well equipped and had a tv. The location was very convenient, a short walk to restaurants at Dolphin Quay and into town. Our friends stayed in a two bedroom cabin and were very happy with it. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside lounge area was perfect for their kids, also overlooking the playground. The park is dog friendly and its a short walk to the beach and dog beach. The only downside was the area it is in. There were police sirens day and night and lots of homeless people hanging around the IGA. This is totally out of the control of the park owners/managers, but would perhaps prevent us from returning.

Not the most comfortable experience. Room is small, very small for two adults. Complete lack of storage space, no hooks in bathroom leaving us having to throw our stuff on the damp floor or in the wet sink. The shower and bathroom doors make such a loud squeaky I reckon' the neighbours could hear it. They advertise free wifi, but our unit was too far from the access point making the wifi useless. Trying to get hot water takes forever making me sad to see how much water goes to waste. Just not our lucky stay this time unfortunately.
