A huge thank you to Hayley, Tijana, and the entire team at Life and Soul at The Mayfair for making me feel so welcome and for helping me set up a membership that suited my time in the area. I was comparing a few gyms, but after seeing the quality of the facilities here, I didn’t need to look any further. The 24/7 gym located on the second floor is absolutely beautiful. The layout and use of space is excellent, the lighting and décor very stylish, and all equipment is in outstanding condition and kept very clean. There is also a reformer Pilates studio offering both self-guided sessions and instructor-led classes. The Wellness facilities are a standout, with an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, and two Odin ice baths available for private 45 minute sessions. The toilets and change rooms are spotless and well maintained. On the ground floor, The Yard Fremantle offers functional training classes focused on endurance and strength building, which is a great bonus. They also have a well-stocked range of merchandise, including clothing and supplements. After-hours Bluetooth access to different areas is incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, an exceptional gym with top-tier facilities and a welcoming, professional team. I highly recommend Life and Soul at The Mayfair for anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness journey 💪❤️
