⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Stay – The Best Yet! I’ve stayed at the Foreshore Motel many times over the years, but my stay this week has been the absolute best. I booked a couple of nights for last weekend through Booking.com, and the moment I walked into reception I could immediately see the improvements. The reception area has been refreshed with new paint, is ultra clean, and I was greeted with a wonderfully warm welcome by the lovely lady at the desk. My accommodation room has had a huge makeover as well — fresh paint, new carpet, a sparkling clean bathroom, and brand-new bedding. It looks completely different from before, when it felt a bit old and tired. My friends staying in the room next door were just as happy, even commenting that their room looked and smelt brand new. The swimming pool area also looks refreshed, like it’s had its own makeover, which was great to see. The location is one of the things I’ve always loved about this motel. It’s right in the centre of town, less than a minute’s walk to the foreshore and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also incredibly convenient for public transport, with a bus stop right outside the motel that takes you directly to the train station. One morning we hopped on a train and headed into Perth for the day — super easy. Overall, this was my best stay at the motel yet. The upgrades are impressive, the service was warm and welcoming, and the location remains unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back!

Cannot beat the price for its location. It's just walking distance to Mandurah Terrace, where there are lots of restaurants, parks and events. It's good enough for a 1-2 nights stay where you can sleep in after wandering about. While it's a 3-star hotel/motel, I think this place can do with a little more upgrade to their furnitures like the bed, chairs and the fridge. We noticed the fridge leaking air which could cost more in electricity. The bed is not in the best condition so if you have sensitive back, this might not be for you. The sink also in the bathroom, too small to do anything aside from wash hands maybe. Aside from that and water will be all over the floor. I hope they can get a bigger one as there's enough space. However the bathroom itself is clean and we appreciated that. The curtain also didn't cover the whole window properly; if someone thinks about it they can definitely see most of inside the room. We had to use the ironing board to keep the curtain in place to ensure we're safe. On the plus side, we liked how they gave free shampoos, conditioners, soap and coffee. There's also a jug of water in the fridge, a kettle, a small microwave, and a TV.
