This hostel is the worst, dirtiest, and worst in all of Perth. I've had countless bad experiences at this hostel. First of all, the staff were unfriendly. (I'm not sure if she's still working there, but there was one Asian woman with a nose piercing‼️ I've lived abroad a long time, but I've never seen anyone with such a strong personality. Her working days overlapped with my check-out days, and she was so irritating, she would drain my energy within minutes.) They ignored my greetings, didn't even explain anything about the hostel, and just demanded in a strong tone, "Pay your deposit!!" However, I never got my deposit back, and as soon as I arrived at the room, it was just filthy. It was cold that day, but there was no air conditioning. The futon was as thin as a towel blanket. There were no windows in the four-person room, and it was dark, like midnight, even though it was daytime. There was a vent, but the room was full of dust and mold, making it an unbearable environment. If I had stayed there a few more days, I would have had a nervous breakdown. My roommate, a large black woman, was racist. She treated me as if I, an Japanese, were not even human. Furthermore, during my stay at the hostel, I was persistently stalked by a Korean man, which shocked me and made me feel unsafe. I asked the reception to change my room, but they completely ignored my request. I can't believe it. There's also a nightclub nearby, which makes it very noisy at night, the washing machine is coin-operated despite being modern, and the toilets are only open between 8am and 9am! Who would want to live in a hostel like this? At the very least, I'll never use this hostel again‼️

This hostel offers good value for money and is located in the city center. The kitchen has ample utensils and space, but is generally clean. The staff is generally friendly, and they don't allow for next-day luggage retrieval. To borrow a hairdryer, you need to exchange your passport.
