The disabled toilet and shower for truck drivers was locked the staff didn't have a key for it and I only have one leg so it's very dangerous trying to have a shower in the other shower BP has to lift it's game there are BP that have disabled shower you can't get to use the BP at Goondiwindi and Kewdale and the brand new one at Parkes NSW is a disgrace it doesn't have a disabled shower at all the old site did but they were to cheap to put one in the new site

I visited to ask if I could reheat my own food, as I’ve done on other Bp. Unfortunately, I was told no — apparently because they now have a restaurant and expect customers to purchase their food instead, which I found to be overpriced and not particularly fresh. It’s disappointing to see that they’ve removed the microwave that was once available for drivers, especially when many rely on such basic amenities during long journeys. The management’s decision reflects a lack of consideration for regular patrons and the needs of road users. Very dissatisfied with how this location is now being operated
