Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor, and there are no lifts. The rooms smelt musty. The communal bathrooms were passable, though some residents would leave their used razors/toothbrushes/toiletries/towel in the bathrooms. The communal kitchen was basic. There was an informal homeless site right next to the hotel. The windows did not seal, so cigarette smoke from the street would waft in. Noise from the bar patrons was significant, as was train noise from the tracks.

Satisfied with the stay given the price paid. Manage your expectations - there is no lift, and didn't find a hairdryer around too. Towel and shampoo are provided.
