I was hesitant to join a gym like this, where it seemed so old school and male dominated, but after chatting with Ash (who by the way is amazing and was also extremely helpful around nutrition and training) and she put me at ease, I joined and I honestly love it! It has a great atmosphere, change rooms and gym areas are nice and clean!!

Small but good for the price you pay. 299 for the entire year. Well equipped for a small gym. It is decent and not too over crowded. 24/7 open for convenience. Very concerned about hygiene and have provides sanitiser through out the gym. …
