My first visit to Tohi was amazing. I booked in for a weekday facial and it was with the lovely Sophie who made me feel so cared for and my face was glowing afterwards, so I immediately feel in love and booked the same again, with Sophie. However my second visit recently was a very different experience, my appointment was not with Sophie as I had booked, and instead of being in a private room on a comfortable treatment bed I was put on a 'bed' with a plastic head rest that is used for the hair spa treatment. There was another client having a hair spa in the same room and as we were only separated by a curtain I felt like I was next to a shower room hearing the loud intermittent water. Trying to relax and enjoy my treatment was very hard hearing the hair spa next to me, being on a hard head rest, having water drip down my neck and back, and missing the elements of the facial that I experienced in the first appointment such as a soft pillow, and quiet room. I was so looking forward to my facial but didn't receive the same private experience I had hoped for. Not sure whether to try again because I honestly fell in love with Tohi first time but I'm unsure as to whether I will ever receive the same experience I had received initially 😞
