Everyone in the team is a delight to deal with whether it be Twiggy, Tyler, Karlee, Harry, Tom or Max. Great value especially considering they have classes, compression, modern gym equipments with 24 hr access as well as the recovery with Sauna, steam bath, ice plunge, Ice shower and magnesium spa. Also check out the free run club on Saturday mornings😊🙌

Wonderful and friendly staff and clean facilities. The gym is nice and quiet and all they have the latest up-to-date equipment. The magnesium spas and ice baths are great for recovery. You won't find a better up-market gym in Melbourne!
