First off it was great to be upgraded when we arrived to have a private bathroom. We were very chuffed about that! Sadly there were not lifts so it was hard to carry all our month long luggage up to the top flight. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We did not feel safe in Melbourne though, especially in this area. Lots of questionable people and I did not want to be alone. Room had hair on the floor but otherwise room was nice and we were glad to have towels! It was quiet at nighttime but lots to do if you’re fancying an event! Sadly would not return as did not like Melbourne and did not feel safe.

Nice room, however toilets kept blocking up every couple days and the showers could be a bit cleaner. There was one shower on our floor and 2 toilets which didn’t seem like enough. The vibe of the place is nice and the people
