Great gym, amazing facilities and spacious. Always spotless, they have cleaners daily to ensure hygiene standards are in place. The staff are amazing, especially Nicole who is always up for a chat. She is warm, friendly, always greeting on arrival and has an inviting personality which makes coming here an absolute pleasure. Coach Laurence is an incredible PT, he is highly skilled in fitness and nutrition and has extensive knowledge. Anyone looking for a place to start a fitness journey should definitely visit.
