She is warm, friendly, always greeting on arrival and has an inviting personality which makes coming here an absolute pleasure. Coach Laurence is an incredible PT, he is highly skilled in fitness and nutrition and has extensive knowledge. Anyone looking for a place to start a fitness journey should definitely visit.
