The staff here are lovely and wonderfully helpful. The price is pretty good considering the location - 5 min walk to centre of shops. The room is a bit tired with a torn blind and a shower curtain that was too short and water went everywhere. The water in shower is hot and plenty of flow. The reverse cycle struggled to heat the room and needed to extra blanket. Stand out was the staff, they are super helpful. Thankyou :)

Stayed in the family room. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. But most of all - the best customer service & hospitality ever. If you're looking for a clean, relaxed, friendly place, I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.
