I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your staff members, Kaleb, who helped me sign my son up for swimming lessons and a membership for myself. When I was there, it was quite busy, but he remained professional and friendly to everyone who came in, always smiling. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and handled everything very well.
