Opened curtain to view brick wall! Cleanliness 4/5. No glasses, just two mugs. Feel very unsafe entering premises using keypad with loud drug affected people in the street at 10pm on a Saturday night. Feels really ‘seedy’

Convenient location, clean comfortable room, very affordable to stay overnight; a great and grand staircase. There is no reception or anyone present; but communication with entry code etc straight forward. Maintenance in the bathroom urgently needed: towel rack, paper holder, lamp shade all broken, mold around the shower edges. Forget about the 'courtyard'; it's filthy with birds emptying the rubbish bins Could be a perfect place to stay longer without all this neglect.
