The facility itself is great with good infrastructure and modern amenities. Unfortunately, the customer service really lets it down, staff don’t pay attention to queries and the training team comes across as highly unprofessional. With better service, this place could be excellent.

Long time regular for the old Norlane swimming pool but this is my first time in this “newish” facility. The proper lap swimming area (the core part of pool) is greatly reduced, the water is also much shallower than before, no proper sitting area, tiny tiny change room, slow spraying shower with very tight timing. All these so called smart and environmentally friendly designs are sacrificing the basics of swimming—and if you don’t want to get cold by stay under waiting for shower, then go home with bleach smell and can’t do anything else before waste more water to clean yourself.
