Milano Serviced Apartments. Comfortable stay in nice part of town. The room was very clean and presentable and the facilities were just as listed. A couple of repairs have obviously been overlooked, not sure if cleaning staff are supposed to report. Didn't have time to try out all the amenities - gym, sauna, pool. Super quick and efficient elevators (×3). Front staff could do with some customer service lessons, especially on the topics of a welcoming greeting 🤗 and actually looking 👀 at guests when they are checking in. Booked at last minute so got a good deal on room 🤑 Don't think it would be worth paying full price that is usually charged. Overall, a recommended short stay in the heart 💗 of Melbourne.
