From the moment I walked into Holism spa I knew I was in for something special. The calming scent of essential oils, soft ambient music, and warm smiles at the front desk instantly made me feel relaxed. I booked a 75 min massage with hot stone add on and my therapist Woody was exceptional. He took the time to ask about any problem areas and adjusted pressure throughout to ensure I was comfortable. His technique was both intuitive and skilled, melting away the knots in my shoulders and lower back without ever feeling rushed. The treatment room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with dim lighting, heated tables, and soft linens. I particularly appreciated the little touches—a warm towel under my neck at the end and herbal tea offered after the session. Prices were reasonable for the quality, I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and mentally recharged. If you’re looking for a true sanctuary to unwind and reset, Holism is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning and trying more of the experiences and treatments this spa has to offer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful day spa experience. My wife and I arrived at 12.pm for our experience which started with a herbal tea then we changed and went to the rooftop pool for a sit in the hot spa the a relaxing lay in one of the cabanas around the pool. When it was time to return to the spa we caught the lift back to the spa level and had a quick shower before our treatments. We were booked into the Shala room which is very spacious and has 4 treatment table which is great for couples or friends to be treated together. The therapists were fantastic and got just the right pressure for our deep tissue massages. This was my wife’s 3rd visit and we both would recommend Holism for a great day spa experience!
