Horrible, unhygienic. Lady asked me to lay down with pants on but they never told me that the towel I layed on had massage oil meaning the towels were never changed God knows how long for. My light grey cargo pants were my favourite. They were full of stain oil marks . I used nappy san and still could not get rid off the marks . They are complitely destroyed. $120 pants gone all because of how careless in hygiene they were. You can imagine how many customers layed on the same oily towel . Horrible experience.
