Glen Inn Motel & Apartments

Overall ‘passable’ motel. Stayed the night with my partner. The room is very old, smelt like cigarette upon arrival, shower head was leaking, towels had stains on them, air con couldn’t be used because of the smoke smell coming through it and the toilet roll holder kept falling off so this truely is a ‘3 star’ motel. Booking process was easy, rooms are secured with a PIN code which is a nice touch. Customer service was nice and someone was at reception (10pm) when we checked in. The area is a little bit ‘how ya going’, the police were even there at 3am, but overall it’s an okay place to get you out of trouble for the night and is reasonably priced! ☺️

The guy that met us at Reception was friendly and accommodating. We had been put in two upstairs rooms but needed one of them downstairs due to one of our group not being able to climb stairs. He was happy to chance our room with one being available. The rooms are clean and reasonable. You get what you pay for and at a cheap price, it's as good as expected. There is a supermarket, service stations, KFC, Subway and all you can eat pub restaurant across the road, so great spot close to amenities. Would stay here again.
