Eureka Aquatic centre multiple pools 50metre outdoor toddlers area I recently visited and provide this rating based on experience, staffing and amenities There was a lack of life guards on duty public holiday 10.3.25 I am of the understanding ratio is 80 patrons = 1 lifeguard This was not the case today across 3 pools 1 guard how safe is this? Especially when it appeared some parents are busy on phones and not supervising children under 10 years Entrance was grubby staff welcome on paying non existent even when I inquired about safety for lane swimming Kids were entering swim lanes, diving in throwing objects and even crossing over the top of rope lanes. Pick your act up Ballarat this is not a welcoming venue for visitors to the region Entrance area grubby, amenities sufficient but definitely not clean

Brilliant family pool for a hot day, as there's multiple pools and a heap of grass to sit on, so feels very spacious. Visited on a hot school holiday day, and only the kid's pool was crowded, but still felt OK. There's a huge lap pool, with half available for general swimming, completely shaded toddler pool, kid's 1m pool with small slide, and a sizeable splash park. All pool temperatures are pleasant, clean facilities, and lots of shade sales over the grass areas and bench seats, so plenty of space to spread out. Kiosk sells packet chips and icypoles, not hot food or coffee on the day we visited.
