Lovely location and nice grassy sites. Camp kitchen basic but cosy. Bathrooms outdated. One shower barely had any pressure (night 1) so I froze! Next morning I chose a different shower and the pressure was 👌 But... drains must be blocked as it eventually became a bath I was standing in and flooded under the door. No shower curtains in any of the stalls so shoes on floor got soaked both times. As can be seen from a photo of old graffiti I took it seems the bathrooms have been sub par for a while.. the attempts to paint over the graffiti hasn't worked. Service needs BIG improvement. Middle of winter and heaps of empty sites but a couple of basic requests were initially not once but three times flat out refused quoting 'policy' rather than first considerjng and weighing up thw requests or negotiating anoher option. Policy or not if youre in the service industry use some logic and COMMON SENSE. Is agreeing to an 11am departure from a tent grass site rather than 10am (to allow for post parkrun shower and social breakfast) going to impact your business negatively in any way? NO. A grass site requires no clean up and even if it did, the next check in isn't until 2pm. On the flip side saying yes to this request immediately shows kindness and good will to people who are visiting your local town PURELY to inject money into your community. We stayed all of one night to do an 8am parkrun and while staying bought dinner and drinks from two local eateries Fri night then breakfast and coffee at a third Saturday. We ran with locals and between 4 of us spent $116 staying at your park. You should be supporting tourists like this so we come back and spread the word to others. That's how a business gets more business. Next time I recommend asking yourself is this request that hard to accommodate? Same goes for asking to park a second car inside the locked caravan park rather than outside the boom gates. Maybe consider creating a parking space that you charge $10/24hr fee for and make a new policy. Eventually you accepted $20 to allow us to fit the second car on the same site as the first one with swags. But this took three goes. You could have again just exercised some logic and said 'look usually we cannot accommodate this but as its winter and the park is empty we will do you a solid and let you park your car on one of the empty three sites next to you... Hope some of the above improves as it is a lovely spot and would have returned mire regularly if it had been more pleasant overall

Creswick Holiday Park, great spot in walking distance to the Creswick Shops and eatery’s. Park is very well maintained the amazing pine trees throughout the park give it a Canadian vibe. Clean amenities, terrific water pressure for caravans. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
