Great, spacious facilities -especially impressive for a hotel gym- though there were far too many cardio machines. Loved the pool, sauna & steam room, and appreciated the convenience of provided towels. Shower pressure was quite poor though.

Very friendly staff, platinum membership is more than worth it with somewhere to store your shoes and no need to carry round gym clothes all day. Cheaper than virgin for better service and they are not stingy with towels. Steam room and sauna are great as they’re in the changing room. Spa could be a bit better as it’s a bit weak at the moment but that’s a minor thing.
