Could be a nice hostel, unfortunately not really customer orientated as previous people already stated in the comment. Huge incident during my stay, and no reaction by them was quite disappointing. They have a nice set of behaviors guidelines but don’t care if they get broken. Other than that hostel is well located. Right next to flinders station, close to where all the action happens. Obviously such location comes with some noisy streets surrounding the hostel and noisy travelers staying in the hostel. Stayed in a 6-bed dormitory, which is alright. Super bright at night due to no curtain and a neon sight right outside of the window. Not really much space to put your luggage/stuff or hang up towels, clothes etc. one slim drawer for each traveler in which not even a backpack fits and are poorly put together. Pulled it out, was already broken. The locker for each bed is inconveniently placed above the mattress which leads that you bump into it.

The best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time! The staff were incredibly kind and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast selection. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciated the quick service whenever I requested something. The location was central yet very quiet at night. Everything about this hotel shows quality and care. Highly recommended!
